Aikido: an open meeting for all to train in Tai jutsu (empty handed) techniques.
Beginners are especially welcome, young or old, male and female.

Each class lasts for one hour and the fee for the whole ten weeks is £40.Within this fee you will be given your own Gi ( Aikido suit).

Aikido Bukiwaza: (Weapons training)
We train with the Jo - a wooden staff; the Bokken - a wooden sword and the Tanto - a wooden knife.
A thorough knowledge of the basic suburi with each weapon enhances balance and body posture in the Tai jutsu practice.
Training exercises with a partner using these weapons are also included.
