Aikido, Tai - Chi & Karate Classes...Fee for all individual classes is £5.00 PER CLASS. If you aim to attend more than one class per week, we would suggest that you pay the MONTHLY fee of £37.50...this will entitle you to attend as many classes as you wish! This is superb value.

Tuesday       18.30- 19.45   AIKIDO:  Ray Brown, Senior Instructor, & Gareth Edwards, Senior Instructor. For those who wish to follow the grading syllabus for promotion through the Kyu ranks See also Brian’s session on Thursday night.

Tuesday       20.00 - 21.30  AIKIDO: Sensei Paul Chambers   An open meeting for all to train in Tai jutsu (empty handed) techniques. Beginners are especially welcome, young or old, male and female.

Wednesday 18.30 - 20.00  AIKIDO: Syllabus & Grading Class :Instructors:Bob Willmington & Shantelle Svarc. This class is specifically for those who have finished the Beginners Class & wish to work towards their first grading. Higher grades who would like the opportunity to work on their own grading requirements are also welcome.

Wednesday 20.00 - 21.30   AIKIDO : Pat & Di Farrell: Senior instructors  Beginners Aikido Special 10 wk courses
for newcomers: all class members are at the same level.   click for more info   Each class lasts for 1hr  fee for the whole 10 wks only £45.00  this fee includes your own Gi (Aikido suit). Please note: to join the Beginner’s Class it is necessary to phone beforehand 01522 889620

Thursday   18.30- 19.45       AIKIDO: Bukiwaza: Sensei Paul Chambers   Bukiwaza: Weapons training with the Jo - a wooden staff  ~ the Bokken - a wooden sword ~ the Tanto - a wooden knife. A thorough knowledge of the basic suburi with each weapon enhances balance and body posture in the Tai Jutsu practice. Training exercises with a partner using these weapons are also included.
